Set-up Ringy
Ringy allows you to dial from multiple different numbers. This will keep your "phone health" good, and increase your contact rate. Ringy gives you a 14-day free trial. Please create a reminder to complete this the night prior to starting.
The night before you start dialing, please create your account with Ringy .
After you create the account: register your phone numbers. Include all phone numbers created on ringy.
Terminology
Submitted Sales: Sales that are pending each day, updated daily on the Sales Tracker . Important for tracking general trends and activity.
IP Report: Issue Pay Report. Total sales based on effective date. Updates weekly based on information from the carrier. Can be found in Gateway.
Net Sales: Money that hits your account.
NPN: National Producer Number each agent in the US is assigned after licensing
Writing Number: Agent code you receive from the carrier. You will have one (or more) from each carrier.
Compliance
Please read the following information carefully. If the carriers catch you doing any of the things below, you can be immediately terminated.
Never put any of your own phone number/email in an application unless you’re signing yourself up.
Never sign on behalf of your client
Don’t submit an application until you have the state license
Don’t write a policy under another agents code
